Terms of Service

1Scope

These Terms govern the conditions for providing the App and the rights and obligations between users and our team, and apply to everything related to use of the App. Separate rules and guidelines we set out within the App (such as the Community Guidelines) form part of these Terms.

We may change these Terms when we deem it necessary. We will announce significant changes on this page or within the App, and if you use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

2Accounts

1. You shall register your account with accurate and up-to-date information.
2. You shall manage your account information (email, password, etc.) at your own responsibility and must not let third parties use it.
3. We are not liable for damage arising from inadequate account management or third-party use.
4. You can delete your account at any time from within the App.

3Fees

The App is free to use. However, communication charges and similar costs needed to use the App are borne by the user. If we offer paid features in the future, we will clearly state their content and price in advance.

4Groups & sharing

1. The App lets you invite members with an invite code and share places, plans, memories, and more within a group. Information you post is shared with and shown to members of the same group.
2. You are responsible for choosing who you share an invite code with.
3. You shall not post information to the App that you do not wish to share.

5User content

1. Rights to text, photos, location data, and the like that you post to the App ("User Content") belong to you or the rightful owner.
2. You grant us permission to use User Content to the extent necessary to provide and operate the App (storage, display, sharing within groups, backups, etc.).
3. You represent that you have the right to post the User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6Prohibited conduct

In using the App, you must not engage in the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights/interests of other users, third parties, or our team
• Defamation, harassment, or discriminatory conduct toward others
• Registering false information or impersonating others
• Posting a third party's personal information or photos without their consent
• Placing excessive load on the App's servers or network, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, and the like
• Interfering with the operation of the App, or any other conduct we deem inappropriate

7Restriction & suspension

If you violate these Terms, or if we determine there is a risk of violation, we may, without prior notice, take measures such as deleting posted content, restricting features, and suspending or deleting your account. We are not liable for damage caused to you by such measures. Please also review the Community Guidelines.

8Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the software, design, logos, trademarks, and other materials related to the App and this website belong to our team or the rightful owners. Except for User Content, these Terms do not transfer these rights to users. You must not reproduce, modify, or repurpose them without permission.

9Disclaimers

1. We do not warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, as well as errors, bugs, or rights infringement). The App is provided "as is".
2. We may change the App's content or suspend or discontinue it without prior notice to users. We do not guarantee the completeness, usefulness, or continuity of the service.
3. We do not warrant the accuracy of maps, location data, or place information shown in the App.
4. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damage caused to users arising from the App, to the extent permitted by law.
5. We are not liable for disputes that arise between users or between a user and a third party.

10Governing law & jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our team shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
