Deleting your account

You can delete your OurPins account anytime from within the app. This page explains how to delete it and what data is removed. ・ 日本語

You can delete your OurPins account anytime from within the app. Follow the steps below.

How to delete

  1. Open the OurPins app.
  2. Open your profile (avatar) at the top-right of the screen.
  3. In the "Account" section, choose "Delete account".
  4. Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.

Main data that is deleted

  • Account information and profile (name, avatar, photos)
  • Places you added (pins / spots), reactions, comments
  • Candidate dates and votes, decided plans
  • Memories (including photos), notification settings, and more

Please note

To comply with the law, prevent misuse, and respond to security issues, we may retain some data for a certain period. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

By the nature of the service, some content already shared to a group may remain in other members' environments.
